This year, you can support the timeless legacy of the Grand Old Lady—the historic Lake County Courthouse in Crown Point—by purchasing and decorating your very own Christmas tree for display around the courthouse square during our beloved Christmas on the Square celebration. The event, held the Friday after Thanksgiving, brings hundreds of festive trees together under the glow of holiday lights for a magical evening of community spirit, live entertainment, family activities, and the official lighting ceremony. All tree sponsorship proceeds go directly to the Lake Court House Foundation, a nonprofit that has safeguarded, restored, and maintained this architectural landmark.
